I’m Gwen (she/her), founder of Atha Retreats.

I’m a French-American yoga teacher based in Paris, with over 15 years of personal practice, 7 years of teaching, and more than 1,300 hours of training.

I’ve lived across five countries, speak four languages, and have built my teaching around movement, travel, and presence.
