    All bookings require a 250 euros deposit to confirm the spot, the deposit is non-refundable. The rest of the payment is to be done in 2 to 3 times and to be completed at least 2 weeks prior to the start date of the retreat.

    Here are some frequently asked questions about our Atha Retreat in Tuscany. If you have any other queries or need more details, feel free to reach out to us!


    1. When should I arrive for the retreat?

    Please plan to arrive on May 28th between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM. This allows you to check in, settle in, and enjoy an arrival drink and welcome dinner before we begin the retreat activities.

    The first yoga session will be on May 29th at 8:30 AM, so we recommend arriving the evening before to ensure you don’t miss any part of the retreat.

    2. What is the schedule like?

    The daily schedule includes morning yoga with Gwen (8:30 AM - 10:30 AM) and evening Yin Yoga & Sound Healing with Alexandra (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM). There will also be a wholesome brunch from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM.

    There will be no day off, so each day will follow a similar structure for a full immersion in the retreat experience. You can check the full daily schedule above.

    3. Is the retreat suitable for beginners?

    Yes! The retreat is designed to be accessible to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Gwen’s Jivamukti-style Vinyasa is adaptable to different levels, and the evening Yin Yoga and Sound Healing sessions with Alexandra are incredibly restorative, making them ideal for all.

    4. Can I come with a friend?

    Absolutely! If you come with someone you know, you can either share a bed in a shared suite or opt for two twin beds in the same room. This is a great way to enjoy the retreat together while still benefiting from the peaceful, supportive environment.

    5. Are meals included?

    Yes, meals are included! Our chef Marine prepares vegetarian, locally sourced, organic meals each day. We provide a brunch from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM and a delicious dinner at 7:00 PM. All meals are designed to nourish your body, with seasonal produce and traditional Tuscan flavors.

    6. What if I have dietary restrictions?

    We are happy to accommodate most dietary restrictions, including gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan diets. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific requirements, and we will do our best to meet your needs.

    7. Will there be free time?

    Yes, there will be plenty of free time each afternoon from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM. You can take this time to relax, swim in the pool, explore the stunning Tuscan countryside, or simply unwind in the tranquil surroundings.

    8. What should I bring with me?

    We recommend bringing comfortable clothing for yoga, including your own yoga mat (as we have a limited number of mats and cannot guarantee availability for everyone). While we do have props available (blocks, straps, bolsters), bringing your own mat will help ensure you have a comfortable and personal practice space. Don’t forget swimwear for the pool, casual attire for relaxing, and a light jacket for cooler evenings. You may also want to bring personal items like sunscreen, toiletries, and a journal.

    9. Is there Wi-Fi at the retreat?

    Yes, there is Wi-Fi available at the main villa. However, we encourage you to embrace the opportunity to disconnect from digital distractions and fully immerse yourself in the experience. There is also little to no Wi-Fi in the village of Mazzola, so be prepared for a digital detox!

    10. When does the retreat end and when should I check out?

    The retreat concludes on June 2nd. Check-out time is by 8:00 AM on June 2nd, so please plan your departure accordingly.

    11. What are the accommodations like?

    Accommodations are in beautiful, spacious, and luxurious suites at our main villa or in a lovely apartment in Mazzola, just a short drive away. The suites feature beautiful views, comfortable beds, and ample space to unwind. Details about each room type (private suites and shared suites) are available upon request.

    12. Can I extend my stay in Tuscany?

    If you would like to extend your stay before or after the retreat, please feel free to reach out to us. We can provide recommendations for local accommodations, activities, and experiences in Tuscany.

    13. How can I book a spot for the retreat?

    To book your place, simply contact us through our website or via email. We recommend booking early to secure your spot, as spaces are limited. A deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due before the retreat begins.
